merry christmas!

merry christmas everyone!
the tree is decorated, and of course raffi's christmas was on to help us out a bit.
the kitchen is busy, bustling with elves so everything is ready for dinner.
the presents are slowly getting wrapped.
and the best present for me, walked through the door on wed.

in a differen time zone

so here i am in munich, germany with the rest of the family. after being paged to the gate, *ooops*, pirates 2, cars, and wee nap, and a bit of driving miss daisy, waving to the queen, i was in london. the flight was uneventful, and the security hassles in london were pretty non existant. then a hop, skip and a jump to munich and i was in my families arms.
meeting my little nephew for the first time was a real great joy. he's such an incredible sweetheart.
i've been in munich before so i'm not doing too much in terms of sight seeing, just taking it easy. it's alll good!

i'm making a list, i'm checking it thrice...

yes thrice. i leave tomorrow, and in the spirit of my mom's packing skills/habits, i have yet to pack. i have an early evening flight tomorrow, and if i get it all right the first time, i'll be able to sit around like a blob tomorrow.
and no, i didn't get anything done on the weekend because the mountains called me to go snowshoeing. on both days! woohoo. this time we went up first pump peak by seymour. the snow was better on saturday, but the company was different which made for 2 fun filled days.
now, i have to deal with sitting on a plane for 9 hours. the movies better be good!
