home again

it's been a while, but i'm back...on with blogging.
laziness became me over the holidays. and besides i had to play auntie. what fun!
elias is the cutest thing ever, even when he cries. we had story time, and play time and of course nap time together.
munich was good fun. a friend of ours, peter came to visit just before new years. peter, dave and tobi played with liquid nitrogen. we called ghostbusters for a delivery. and by ghostbusters i mean tobi's physics lab. check out a really cool video on peter's blog http://petersaurus.blogspot.com/2007/01/liquid-nitrogen-can-be-fun.html
new years came and went, and shortly after it was time for the new grand parents to head home, and then myself.
i arrived after an incredibababably long day spent mostly in the air, and then i was ready to crash. which i did. slept for 12 hours straight. soooo good. we'll see how long i last tonight.
i got to see the storm havocness that remains in stanley park. oh boy! what a mess. everywhere really. such is life though.
